Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 588fd website located at https://588fd.io and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, promotions, and customer support (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 588fd ("588fd", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing the 588fd Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. 588fd reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage of the account lifecycle. Providing false eligibility information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of closure.

Account Registration

To access the full range of 588fd services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete throughout your use of the Platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. 588fd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

You agree to notify 588fd immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach. 588fd will not be responsible for any loss that you incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge.

588fd reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend accounts, or close accounts at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects that a player has breached any provision of these Terms.

Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the 588fd Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 588fd does not charge currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposit limits may be subject to change and may also be subject to limits set by the payment service provider. Deposits made via mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your 588fd account balance within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to be credited, subject to banking hours and processing times.

Deposits may only be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from a third party for the purpose of gambling on 588fd, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified account holders. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to technical availability.

Processing times for withdrawals are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Average processing time of 15 minutes to 2 hours from approval.
• Bank Transfer: 1 to 3 business days from approval, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.

588fd reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, that follow unusual patterns, or that arise from accounts flagged for review. In such cases, additional documentation may be requested and the processing time may be extended accordingly.

Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in Section 6 below. Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings will not be approved until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 588fd offers bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion details. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Validity Period: Bonus funds and the associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds not used within the validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the 588fd Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category will be published in the relevant promotion terms. Generally, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute at a lower rate, and certain games may be excluded entirely.
• Bonus Abuse: 588fd employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including multi-accounting, matched betting using bonus funds, irregular betting patterns, and collusion. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds and related winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, only one active bonus may be applied to an account at a time. Players must opt in to each individual promotion explicitly; bonuses are not credited automatically unless specifically stated.

588fd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated through the Platform where reasonably practicable.

Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the 588fd Platform are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section and the specific rules applicable to each sport, league, and market type as published on the Platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not accepted until confirmed by the 588fd system and a bet reference number is generated. Verbal confirmations, screenshots of bet slips prior to confirmation, or any other informal communication do not constitute accepted bets.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet acceptance. If the odds on a selection change between the time you submit a bet and the time the system processes it, the bet may be accepted at the revised odds, declined, or held for manual review, depending on the Platform's active odds settings.
• Void Bets: 588fd reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of a palpable error in odds, where an event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined, where a bet has been placed using information not publicly available at the time (insider information), or where system errors have resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per player per day may apply. Current limits are published within the sports betting section of the Platform. 588fd reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• In-Play Betting: In-play betting markets are subject to additional latency considerations. 588fd reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time and to void bets accepted after an event's outcome was already determined, whether or not that outcome had been publicly announced at the time of acceptance.

The official result as determined by the relevant governing body of each sport (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic cricket, the International Cricket Council for international fixtures) will be used to settle bets unless otherwise specified in the applicable market rules.

Casino Games

Casino games available on the 588fd Platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and crash games — are provided by third-party software suppliers including, without limitation, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether directly or through a proxy, agent, or nominee.

588fd employs a combination of automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Accounts flagged for investigation may have withdrawals placed on hold pending the outcome of that investigation.

Account Suspension & Closure

588fd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory direction requiring account closure or asset freezing.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or longer.
• At the player's own voluntary request.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 588fd reserves the right to retain any balance remaining in the account as a set-off against any losses, costs, or damages caused by the breach. Where closure is initiated for reasons unrelated to player breach — such as at the player's own request or due to prolonged inactivity — any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after applicable checks have been completed.

Limitation of Liability

In all circumstances, 588fd's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 588fd account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, both parties agree to attempt resolution through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Each party shall bear its own costs in connection with any arbitration unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent immediate and irreparable harm.
